Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Preparing reports as required.
Maintaining cost control on site activities.
Any assigned tasks from the project manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in the real estate or construction industry.
Alexndria Residents Only.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality.
