JOB TITLE: SITE ENGINEER

Ready to take construction excellence to new heights? KILONEWTONS is hiring an experienced Site Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on field experience to oversee our prestigious projects in Juffair, Bahrain. If you thrive in fast-paced construction environments and excel at turning blueprints into reality, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily construction activities ensuring quality and safety standards
Interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
Coordinate with contractors, architects, and surveyors
Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets
Conduct quality control inspections and material testing
Resolve on-site technical issues with innovative solutions
Prepare daily reports and maintain proper documentation
Ensure compliance with Bahrain construction regulations
Manage site logistics and resource allocation

Must-Have Skills & Expertise:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
Experience with quality control procedures and testing
Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
Ability to read and interpret civil/architectural drawings
Understanding of health and safety regulations
Leadership and team management abilities
