Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve technical issues.
Monitor and inspect construction activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to engineering drawings and plans.
Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, progress updates, and documentation for management review.
Oversee the allocation and utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower on site.
Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations across all site activities.
Assist in the preparation and review of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Identify and address potential risks or delays, proposing effective solutions to keep the project on track.
Liaise with local authorities and ensure all necessary permits and regulatory requirements are met.
Support the handover process by conducting final inspections and ensuring all punch-list items are completed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in project management and site supervision software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards in construction.
Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as needed.
