Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire implementation process on site including foremen, technicians, etc..
  • Organize materials purchase, supply and ensure site safety
  • Receive and validate incoming project design with project planning and ensure technical feasibility
  • Ensure site activities meets approved quality standards.
  • Manage project to achieve planned timeline and project deliverables
  • Ensure implementation is following client requirements and design specifications
  • Evaluate subcontractors work and report to project planning and procurement
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, deliverables and expenses
  • Manage work assignment & allocation for foremen across different projects to ensure optimal resources utilization
  • Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities.
  • Manage sub-contractors across project phases
  • Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
  • Report any design/scope change requested by project s owner to projects manager
  • Manage site petty cash operations and settle with finance team
  • Shadow senior site engineers regarding all duties and responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidates with 2-4 years of experience in relevant position.
  • Graduates should be Civil/Architecture majors.
  • Landscape and swimming pool experience is a plus.
