Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work on Master Time Schedule plan
  • Create weekly work plans from this time schedule
  • Create procurement plans from this weekly schedule
  • Create invoices for subcontractors on a weekly basis
  • Follow up weekly on consumption rates of materials (Actual vs Scheduled)
  • Needs to be experienced in finishing/fitout projecs
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in supervising on-site construction activities and managing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
  • Proficient in using construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Commitment to upholding safety standards and promoting a culture of safety on site.
  • Willingness to work full-time and be present on-site as required.
