Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise site execution for structural (concrete/steel) and finishing works.
  • Ensure all construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, and prepare quantity take-offs for all disciplines.
  • Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules using MS Project or equivalent tools (preferred).
  • Handle surveying works and verify levels and alignment on-site.
  • Report on daily/weekly progress and any deviations from the plan.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in architectural or civil projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, site management, and project coordination.
  • Proficiency in interpreting architectural and civil engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations on construction sites.
  • Experience with project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work full-time, on-site, and adapt to evolving project needs.
