Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate on-site installation of wood flooring, engineered wood, and related products.
Ensure all work is executed in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients to ensure clear communication and timely project delivery.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors and installation teams to optimize workflow.
Oversee the handling, storage, and installation of wood materials to prevent damage and ensure longevity.
Assist in resolving technical challenges and provide solutions to site-related problems.
Monitor and control project costs to ensure efficient resource use and budget adherence.
Promote and enforce health and safety regulations on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 0-5 years of experience in site engineering, construction, or wood flooring installation.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in construction environments.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
Willingness to work on-site and travel to various project locations as required.
