Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive Civil / Architectural Site Engineer with 3 5 years of experience in supervising and executing fast-track projects such as banks, retail shops, restaurants, and residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site supervision, quality control, and ensuring that construction activities are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

Qualifications & Skills


Bachelor s Degree in Architecture or related field.
3 5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer, specifically in fast-track projects (banks, shops, restaurants, residential).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing details, and fit-out works.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to interpret shop drawings.
Excellent leadership and site management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Attributes


Experience in high-end finishing and interior fit-outs.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Key Responsibilities
    Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
    Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to achieve smooth workflow and timely completion.
    Ensure adherence to fast-track project schedules while maintaining high-quality standards.
    Review and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
    Report progress, site issues, and technical challenges to the project manager.
    Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet project requirements.
    Oversee finishing works with attention to detail, ensuring high-end quality for commercial and residential projects.
    Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures.
    Prepare and submit site reports, progress updates, and necessary documentation.
    Provide solutions to on-site technical and architectural challenges.
