Roles & Responsibilities

Direct supervision of all site work and ensuring that it proceeds according to plans and timetables.

Review and approve the implementation plans and materials used on site.

Mastering quality control procedures and ensuring their application in all project phases.

Preparing periodic reports on project progress and challenges.
Effective coordination among all parties involved in the project (owner, contractor, and suppliers).
Resolving any technical issues that may arise on-site and providing appropriate engineering solutions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • At least 2 years and up to 3 years of experience supervising construction projects.
  • Experience working as a contractor or consultant.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building codes and local technical specifications.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using software such as AutoCAD and Primavera is preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile
