Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities and workforce
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
- Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are maintained
- Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and HSE standards
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Raise RFIs (Request for Information) and coordinate technical clarifications
- Verify measurements and assist in billing and quantity take-offs
- Ensure proper documentation and site records are maintained
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3 7 years of experience in the UAE construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site execution
- Familiarity with local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
