Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage construction activities at project sites.

  • Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.

  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with local authority regulations.

  • Resolve on-site issues and report to the Project Manager.

  • Maintain proper documentation and records related to site works.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in construction projects (buildings, villas, commercial, etc.).

  • Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.

  • Familiarity with UAE building regulations and authority requirements (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).

  • Proficient in reading construction drawings and using AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

  • UAE driving license is an advantage.
