Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Role
You will be responsible for the technical supervision and hands-on management of site installations, including industrial tents, event marquees, and architectural tensile membranes. You must ensure all structures are safely anchored, perfectly tensioned, and delivered on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution: Lead the assembly of aluminum and steel frame structures and specialized fabric membranes.
Technical Oversight: Ensure all installations meet structural engineering drawings and wind-load specifications.
Site Surveying: Conduct precise leveling and assessments for anchoring (pegging, weights, or bolts).
Team Leadership: Manage rigging crews and subcontractors effectively under tight deadlines.
Safety & Quality: Enforce zero-tolerance safety standards and perform final quality inspections.
Desired Candidate Profile
Availability: Immediate Start is a must.
Experience: 2–5 years in the UAE, specifically in Tents, Tensile Structures, or PEB.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with modular tensioning systems.
