Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review and interpret joinery, shop, and as-built drawings for site execution
- Coordinate between joinery production workshop, site teams, suppliers, and project management
- Monitor joinery production, delivery schedules, and site installation progress
- Ensure materials, fittings, and finishes comply with approved samples and specifications
- Supervise joinery installation works and ensure accuracy, quality, and tolerances
- Conduct inspections, prepare snag lists, and ensure timely rectification
- Resolve technical and site issues related to joinery works
- Coordinate joinery works with other trades to avoid clashes and delays
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements
- Maintain site records, daily reports, and assist with as-built and handover documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is essential for a solid technical foundation.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) to streamline project workflows.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in construction site management within the civil engineering sector.
