✓Promote a positive workplace quality culture; ✓ Assess subcontractor and suppliers’ ability to comply with the project quality requirements; ✓ Conduct visual inspections and progressively monitor installation of the works; ✓ Monitor, resolve and prevent significant Quality issues and share lessons learnt; ✓ Conduct consultation and communication on quality matters where required; ✓ Report and distribute non-conformances and implement corrective and preventative actions. Review effectiveness of corrective actions; ✓ Implement final defects management system and agree / coordinate inspections; ✓ Attend collaborative post project review meeting to assess performance, identify and document lessons learnt; ✓ Develop a construction methodology with due regards for the integrity of the project; ✓ Assigning responsibilities and authority for the planning, co- ordination and control of activities affecting the performance of Project activities; ✓ Controlling and rectifying (where applicable) non-conforming products.
