Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety regulations while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, fostering strong professional relationships.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and ensure compliance with plans.
- Prepare detailed daily reports, documenting site activities and progress, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders to keep everyone informed.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and schedules, providing input on resource allocation and forecasting potential risks to project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations, conducting necessary inspections and obtaining required permits for construction activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for site-related queries, addressing concerns from clients, architects, and engineers with professionalism and clarity.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on site engineering experience, demonstrating a solid track record of successful project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices.
This will be a 3month contract
