Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain a secure work environment.
  • Address client concerns, changes, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients & stakeholders, maintaining open and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
  • Manage project budgets, verify subcontractor invoices, and control costs.
  • Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure timely completion of snag works.
  • Prepare progress reports, obtain client approvals, and support project handover and DLP closure.
  • Obtain the signature on the taking over certificate from the client representative during the project handover.
  • Take the signature on the defect liability completion certificate from client representative upon the conclusion of the defect liability period.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 4–10 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out site execution.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fit-out works, materials, and local regulations
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
