Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities for store fit-outs, refurbishments, and maintenance projects.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, safety compliance, and quality control.
Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Coordinate material deliveries, manpower, and equipment required for site execution.
Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site technical or operational issues.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
Collaborate with store operations to minimize disruption during ongoing projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in retail, interior fit-outs, or home décor projects.
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and project management processes.
Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software is a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in luxury or large-format retail store fit-outs.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
