Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and managing on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This includes coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, as well as ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained throughout the project.

  • The role involves reading and interpreting technical drawings, managing site resources, and preparing daily progress reports. The Site Engineer will also be responsible for resolving on-site technical issues, inspecting completed work, and ensuring compliance with project plans and client requirements. Regular communication with project managers and clients is essential to keep all stakeholders informed of progress and challenges.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices.

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on site engineering experience, demonstrating a solid track record of successful project execution.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • UAE experience and driving license are an added advantage.
