Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities :


Oversee and manage all engineering aspects of construction projects on-site.
Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and local regulations.
Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and site personnel.
Monitor progress against the project schedule and budget, identifying and addressing potential delays or cost overruns.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support to the construction team.
Prepare and maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
Implement and enforce safety procedures and environmental regulations on site.
Manage and maintain site equipment and materials.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
UAE experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Valid UAE driving license.
