Supervise and coordinate finishing and decoration on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and timelines.

Liaise with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve technical issues.

Monitor and inspect work progress, ensuring quality control and adherence to engineering standards.

Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, documentation, and daily logs of activities and incidents.

Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and minimize delays.

Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications, providing guidance to site teams as needed.

Identify and address potential risks or obstacles, proposing effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental guidelines.

Coordinate site meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years and up to 6 years of relevant experience in site engineering or construction supervision.
• Must have car and must be from October residence
• Proven track record of managing on-site construction activities for commercial or residential projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to construction sites.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to work full-time, on-site, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
