Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Inspect and approve all finishing works on site, including walls, floors, ceilings, and fa ade finishes.
  • Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Verify workmanship quality, material compliance, and finishing tolerances before acceptance.
  • Review shop drawings, mockups, and material samples in coordination with the consultant s head office.
  • Issue comments, snag lists, and follow up on corrective actions with the contractor.
  • Document progress through daily site reports, photographs, and inspection logs.
  • Coordinate between the consultant, contractor, and subcontractors for smooth site workflow.
  • Report directly to the Senior Site Architect / Project Manager representing the consultant.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
  • 5 7 years of experience in finishing supervision within residential or mixed-use projects.
  • Solid background in architectural finishing, fa ades, and quality control procedures.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and technical report preparation.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and observation skills.
  • Good understanding of inspection and handover procedures for finishing works.
  • Residence in 6th of October / Sheikh Zayed preferred.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.
