Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations to ensure construction activities are executed according to project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve on-site issues.
- Monitor progress and quality of work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, including progress updates, material usage, and incident logs.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship and adherence to engineering drawings.
- Manage the allocation and use of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Identify and address potential risks or delays, proposing effective solutions to keep the project on track.
- Ensure all site documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed.
- Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies on site.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a site engineering or construction role.
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project needs.
- Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards.
