Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth workflow. Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications. Ensure work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders. Prepare daily and weekly site reports, including progress updates and challenges. Monitor material usage and manage site resources efficiently. Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site engineering issues. Supervise and monitor the installation of cladding, aluminium, and glass façade works. Ensure façade works are executed according to approved shop drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with façade subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely project execution. Identify and resolve technical issues related to façade systems and installations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
- Hands-on experience in Cladding, Aluminium, and Glass Façade projects is a must.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management, and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site management tools is a plus.
