Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations to ensure project progress aligns with established timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements on-site.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive site reports, including progress updates, resource allocation, and incident logs.
- Oversee the procurement and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues or deviations from project plans.
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for site-related tasks.
- Support quality assurance initiatives by ensuring all work meets company and industry standards.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns related to site operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar engineering role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to construction sites.
- Proficient in using engineering and project management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project requirements.
