Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Technical Support Engineers / Maintenance Engineer (Male):

  • Installation of measurement devices at project sites over the entire Egypt.
  • Doing site inspections and preparing technical reports
  • Managing site technicians and workers, assigning tasks, and identifying site requirements for materials and equipment
  • Ensuring safe and timely completion of work to the highest quality standards
  • Maintaining effective communication with other departments, clients, and on-site technicians
  • Demonstrating strong analytical skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues
  • Thorough understanding of device operation manuals for installation at various sites and customer training
  • Commitment to self-development through research and learning from available online resources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email management using Outlook

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor Degree of Engineering in any of the following departments: (Electronics - Mechatronics - Communication - Control)

  • Preference for candidates residing in October, Sheikh Zayed, Haram, Faisal, or Giza
  • Preference for candidates who have completed military service or are exempted
  • Proficiency in English is highly preferred
  • Valid driver's license is preferred
  • Up to 2 years of experience or fresh graduates
