Site Engineer

Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site labor to maintain smooth workflow.
• Review technical drawings, resolve on-site discrepancies, and suggest practical solutions
• Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Assist in preparing daily and weekly progress reports.
• Ensure proper material usage and coordinate with procurement for timely deliveries.
• Attend site meetings and update management on project status and challenges.
• Verify and inspect work before handover to ensure alignment with project standards.
• Support project handover and close-out documentation.

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in a site engineering or construction supervision role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites.
• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project demands.
