Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities, workforce, and subcontractors
Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications
Monitor construction progress and maintain productivity targets
Coordinate site inspections with consultants
Read and interpret shop drawings and BOQs
Prepare daily reports, progress reports, and site logs
Track quantities, completed works, and site progress
Prepare and follow up on material requests
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
Report technical conflicts, delays, and site issues to the Project Manager
Support planning and sequencing of site activities
Monitor quality of works and ensure compliance with project standards
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and site regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 5 years of construction site experience in Lebanon
Experience in structural, architectural, and finishing works
Ability to read shop drawings and BOQs
Quantity tracking and reporting skills
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge in AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel & Word (reports, quantity tracking, documentation)
