Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations for civil or mechanical works.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, monitoring their performance and ensuring timely completion of tasks within budget.
- Conduct thorough site inspections, identifying and resolving any issues related to quality, safety, or progress.
- Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, including progress updates, material consumption, and incident reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is essential.
- Possession of relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, OSHA) is highly advantageous.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site engineering, preferably within the construction or related industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.
