Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations for civil and mechanical aspects.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, monitoring their work progress, quality, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Conduct regular site inspections, identifying and resolving any issues related to construction, installation, and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, documenting progress, delays, and any deviations from the original design.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Holds relevant professional certifications like PMP or similar is highly desirable.
Demonstrates a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in construction or related industry, with proven experience in site management.
Has experience with large-scale construction projects, with experience in managing civil or mechanical works.
