Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Project execution and monitoring:
Manage and coordinate daily site activities, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed according to project plans and specifications.
Technical oversight:
Interpret engineering plans, blueprints, and technical documents.Provide technical guidance to resolve on-site issues and ensure compliance with design
requirements.
Quality and safety:
Implement and enforce site safety protocols and quality control standards.Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with UAE
building codes and safety regulations.
Communication and liaison:
Act as a primary point of contact, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors,
and other engineers.Liaise with local authorities for necessary approvals and inspections.
Documentation:
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates,
and technical submittals.
Resource management:
Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.Monitor costs to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Salary: AED from 8,000/- to 12,000/- maximum/li>
- Required no. of Experiences: 5-6 years/li>
