Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Site Engineer** specializing in steel

structure fabrication and erection. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating all on site activities, ensuring work quality, project progress, safety, and adherence to engineering

drawings and specifications. This position requires a proactive leader capable of handling

manpower, site planning, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, supervise, and execute daily site operations related to structural steel fabrication and

erection.

- Review project drawings, material take-offs, and fabrication details before site execution.

- Ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements and site safety standards.

- Coordinate with project engineers, QC inspectors, and production teams for technical

issues and site requirements.

- Monitor manpower, equipment, and material usage to ensure productivity and cost

control.

- Conduct site inspections and participate in progress and coordination meetings.

- Prepare daily site progress reports, timesheets, and work permits.

- Support erection teams in lifting operations, welding alignment, and bolting sequences.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of steel structure erection methodology and sequence.

- Familiar with fabrication drawings, bolt torquing, and site welding procedures.

- Strong leadership and coordination abilities.

- Excellent communication and reporting skills.

- Ability to manage subcontractors and manpower effectively
