Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Monitor construction progress and maintain quality standards
Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
Conduct site inspections and quality checks
Resolve technical issues on-site promptly
Maintain site documentation, reports, and logs
Assist in material planning and resource management
Collaborate with project managers for smooth execution

Requirements:

Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 7 years of experience in construction/site supervision
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
