Job Description:

We are hiring Site Engineers across multiple disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Instrumentation) to execute and oversee ongoing industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site supervision, technical execution, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution:

• Supervise and execute day-to-day site activities according to project drawings and specifications.
  
• Ensure proper installation, erection, and commissioning of systems and structures.
  
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.
  
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
  
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  

Quality Control:

• Implement inspection and testing plans (ITP) and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards.
  
• Conduct checks for work conformity, materials, and workmanship as per codes and specifications.
  
• Maintain documentation for quality assurance and third-party/client inspections.
  
• Assist in root cause analysis and non-conformance corrective actions.
  

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):

• Ensure site activities comply with HSE standards and company safety policies.
  
• Participate in toolbox talks, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
  
• Enforce use of PPE and monitor adherence to site safety rules.
  

Technical Coordination:

• Interpret technical drawings and ensure proper execution on-site.
  
• Attend coordination meetings with consultants, clients, and contractors.
  
• Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  
• Support procurement by reviewing BOQs, material submittals, and supplier documents.
  

Key Skills Required:

• Strong domain knowledge in respective discipline (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/HVAC/Instrumentation)
  
• Familiarity with construction codes and standards (IS, ASME, NEC, IEC, ASHRAE, etc.)
  
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and project documentation
  
• Experience with project planning tools (Primavera/MS Project) and MS Office
  
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering software (as applicable)
  
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 2 to 8 years of experience in industrial construction projects (Power plants, Refineries, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing Plants, etc.)
  
• Prior exposure to EPC/turnkey project environments or international projects
  
• Familiarity with client-facing roles, project handovers, and audits
  
• Capability to lead small teams and coordinate multi-disciplinary activities on-site
  

Salary: 7 - 10 Lakhs Per Annum
