Roles & Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities


Supervising:

  • Supervise all stages of installations like:
  • Access road and platform works
  • Soil investigation works
  • Benching and excavation
  • Foundation (Open tyre and/ or pile tyre)
  • Protection of tower footing (revetment/ retaining wall etc)br

Implementation:

  • Manage excavation and foundation activities of his part of the project independently
  • Ensures that the project is executed according to design and proper concrete mix is used for foundation works
  • Manage the civil work along with construction manager
  • Maintain safe and healthy environment at site
  • Monitor the daily activity of the project
  • Organizes the JMC (Joint Measurement Certificate) meeting with client engineer after every phase of the project and helps the commercial manager to raise the construction invoice.
  • Responsible for implementation of quality and safety measures at his section
  • Generate DPR (Daily progress report as per the format prepared by Construction manager)
