Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced Site Engineers / Architects across multiple disciplines (Civil, Wet & Dry Utilities, Structural, Geotechnical, MEP, and Architecture) for upcoming Construction Supervision projects in Dubai, UAE.
These roles will support large-scale infrastructure development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction activities on-site across assigned disciplines.
- Ensure contractor compliance with specifications and drawings.
- Review technical submissions and shop drawings.
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.
- Support reporting and site documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- 10 20 years of experience (depending on role level)
- Bachelor s Degree in relevant engineering/architecture discipline
- Strong experience in construction supervision
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
- UAE or GCC experience preferred
