Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring that project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate between subcontractors and suppliers to maintain a seamless workflow and resolve any emerging issues.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, ensuring compliance with all local regulations and promoting a culture of safety among workers.
  • Manage and delegate tasks to crew members based on skill sets, ensuring that labor resources are utilized effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is essential; a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in construction, with a proven track record in a supervisory role.

  • Proficiency in Arabic & English is mandatory

  • Certifications in OSHA safety standards and first aid are mandatory to ensure compliance with site safety requirements.

  • Experience in managing building construction projects, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of various construction disciplines.
