Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure all construction activities adhere to approved plans, specifications, and regulations, catching potential issues early.
- Verify the quality of materials delivered to the site, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications before installation.
- Monitor and document the progress of construction work against the project schedule, identifying and reporting any delays or deviations.
- Maintain detailed records of site activities, including inspections, observations, and any non-compliance issues, for accurate project tracking.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with a degree in construction management or a related field.
- Relevant certifications, such as OSHA 30-hour training or certifications related to construction inspection.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction inspection or a related role, demonstrating a solid understanding of construction processes.
- Experience in the construction industry, with a focus on residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
