Site Coordination & Design Delivery

• Support the on-site delivery of interior design packages across residential and hospitality areas

• Assist in ensuring all interior works are executed in line with approved design intent, drawings, and specifications

• Coordinate closely with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on site

Technical & Documentation

• Review and coordinate interior shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups for compliance with design intent

• Respond to RFIs and site queries, escalating complex issues where required

• Assist in coordinating design changes, revised drawings, and site instructions

Quality Control & Materials

• Carry out regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, finishes, and installation quality

• Support the review and approval of material samples including finishes, joinery, stone, metalwork, and FF&E

• Assist in monitoring mock-ups and sample rooms to ensure quality benchmarks are achieved
