Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervising Site Acquisition, connection of electricity to the sites processes until final stage, follow up all issues that related to connecting NGP, local generator & Water to the sites & buildings all areas
Supervising maintenance for the NGP & LDG of the sites & buildings all areas
Supervising Collecting, preparing list & auditing Site Grid Power Elec.bill, LDG bill & Water bills of the sites & buildings all areas.
Supervise removal of grass and other landscaping issues by coordinating outsourced workers
Supervising safety in the sites.
Supervising Fuel Management & Monitoring
Supervising Sites Security & Access Control
Supervising Reporting, Auditing & Compliance
Supervising Negotiate lease terms and rent with new and existing site owners (private and shared sites).
Supervising Prevent and manage site outages and complaints through calls or site visits.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma Or Bachelor s degree
Experience (6-10years )
Motivation for improving and empowering others
Problem solving and decision-making abilities
Promoting Teamwork to demonstrate interest, skills, and success
Computer skill (Word, excel, outlook & Power Point)
Language skills (Arabic, English) speaking & writing
Negotiation skill. (Tactful in speaking negotiations) Ability to convince other.
Ability to work under stress.
Have public Relation.
