Site Management Technician

Responsible for supporting site connectivity (NGP & LDG), maintenance, and overall site operations, ensuring functionality, safety, and compliance, while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders in line with company standards.

Follow up connection of electricity to the sites processes until final stage, follow up all issues that related to connecting NGP, local generator & Water to the sites & buildings all areas

Follow up maintenance for the NGP & LDG of the sites & buildings all areas.

Collecting, preparing list & auditing Site Grid Power Elec.bill, LDG bill & Water bills of the sites & buildings all areas.

Coordinate with safety maintenance companies for site visits and inspections (e.g., fire extinguisher checks, safety guard visits).

Install and maintain safety signage at sites.

Participate in the Fire Incident Committee and respond to incidents accordingly.

Supervise removal of grass and other landscaping issues by coordinating outsourced workers

coordination with Government Committees to determine monthly GFS amounts.

Oversee FMD (Fuel Management Device) installation and maintenance, ensuring vendor coordination.

Manage site fuel supply and replacement of level hoses

Handle discrepancies in fuel quantity reports.

Participate in committees to analyze fuel loss and determine pricing with internal departments

Supervise pipe installation and maintenance between tanks and generators.

Organize and manage periodic tank washing.

Coordinate preventative maintenance site visits and ensure completion of checklists

Follow up Outage in the sites & closing the Tickets. Based on AUTN system or any other system created by Asia cell

• Educational level High School or Above
• Experience minimum duration 2 years
