Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Site manager

  • Plan and organize the work on the construction site
  • Supervising the teams (workers, subcontractors)
  • Monitor the progress of the work and manage unforeseen events.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards
  • To monitor the quality of the deliverables
  • Manage material supplies
  • Participate in site meetings with the various stakeholders

  • Training in civil or building engineering (technical technician or engineer)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience on construction sites
  • Good knowledge of construction techniques
  • Ability to manage a team
