Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Site manager
- Plan and organize the work on the construction site
- Supervising the teams (workers, subcontractors)
- Monitor the progress of the work and manage unforeseen events.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards
- To monitor the quality of the deliverables
- Manage material supplies
- Participate in site meetings with the various stakeholders
- Training in civil or building engineering (technical technician or engineer)
- Minimum 4 years of experience on construction sites
- Good knowledge of construction techniques
- Ability to manage a team
