Missions

Prepare the work and ensure the technical follow-up of all or part of a site.

Study the plans and the technical file.

Participate in preparatory meetings.

Identify activities, constraints, methods of execution, needs for materials and materials.

Ensure the supply of materials and supplies.

Supervise the completion of the site and the restoration of the site.

Supervise and lead the teams.

Divide tasks among the various professionals mandated for the work and define schedules.

Coordinate the work of each trade (labourers, electricians, carpenters, assembly, etc.)

Anticipates recruitment needs, including interim staff, and ensures the integration of new recruits.

Assist teams in completing complex tasks.

Guarantee the safety of people and enforce safety rules.

Ensuring administrative management.

Manage staff work schedules.

Validate orders, supplies, control the progress schedule of the work and make the necessary adjustments to respect the deadlines and the budget committed.

Carry out site reviews with the works manager.

Draw up reports and complete the shipyard logbook for the attention of his/her superiors.
