Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all on-site activities during event build-up, live event days, and dismantling phases

Ensure site layouts are prepared, marked, and delivered in line with event requirements and safety standards

Supervise crews, contractors, and vendors involved in setup and breakdown

Enforce health, safety, and compliance protocols across the site

Act as the main point of contact with event organizers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations

Monitor site progress against project timelines and resolve issues quickly and effectively

Oversee logistics, equipment, and resources to maximize efficiency on-site

Ensure the site is properly restored and cleaned post-event

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within events, exhibitions, or live productions
  • Strong leadership, team coordination, and vendor management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations for event environments
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as required by the event schedule
