Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities
- Ensure all work is executed according to engineering drawings and project specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and technical teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget
- Resolve technical and operational site issues efficiently
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards
- Manage site teams and ensure high performance and productivity
- Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to management
- Monitor the effective use of materials and site resources
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations on-site
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering
- 5 8 years of experience in site management and construction supervision within the real estate or construction industry
- Proven experience as a Site Manager Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management practices
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Good knowledge of on-site health and safety regulations
