Roles & Responsibilities
COMPETENCIES:
- Practical experience in project site management, preferably in the construction of transmission substations overseas.
- Good understanding of project scheduling and cost control.
- Problem-solving and decision-making under site constraints.
- Familiarity with SEC/utility standards (preferred).
- Good teamwork and interpersonal relationship qualities.
- Leadership qualities possessing strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Efficient and result-oriented.
