Requirements:

• Master of Science in Electrical Engineering,
• a minimum of 10 years of experience,
• recent employment in a similar position on projects related to power infrastructure,
• experience in coordinating direct construction employees and subcontractors,
• ability to analyse design and technical documentation as well as the schedule of works,
• decision-making skills and reliability,
• ability to prepare and review reports on progress,
• good knowledge of MS Office,
• English skills at B2 level,
• driving license.

Responsibilities:

• supervising employees, subcontractors, and ensuring effective collaboration among all parties,
• being responsible for the scheduled and budgeted execution of the project,
• reviewing project progress and keeping work on schedule and within budget,
• managing the schedules of contractors, suppliers and employees,
• maintaining appropriate quality standards, inspecting, and evaluating completed work,
• being responsible for adherence to health and safety regulations and providing safe working conditions on-site,
• regularly reporting progress to investors, clients, management, and other key stakeholders,
• identifying and addressing issues and making decisions to avoid project delays,
• maintaining project documentation and other construction-related formalities.
