Urgent Hiring Site Manager (Power Plant Project)


Location: Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Work Visa
Duty Hours: 8 Hours/Day, 6 Days/Week


About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Site Manager to oversee the execution of a major power plant project. The candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring safety & quality compliance, coordinating with subcontractors, and delivering the project within schedule and budget.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage daily site operations, construction, and installation activities.
  • Supervise site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor progress, report to Project Director, and resolve on-site issues.
  • Enforce HSE policies and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
  • Control site costs, manage budgets, and coordinate procurement.
  • Lead cross-functional site teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Foster a strong safety and performance-oriented culture.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related).
  • 8 10 years of project execution experience, including 5 years in a site management role on power plant/large industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of power plant systems (Mechanical, Electrical, I&C).
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience with international codes (ASME, IEEE, IEC).
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
