Roles & Responsibilities


Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Site Manager from any engineering background to supervise the construction of onshore oil & gas facilities in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering projects safely, to specification, on schedule and within budget covering both greenfield and brownfield works where required.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage on-site construction activities for onshore oil & gas systems.
Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and contractual requirements.
Monitor schedule, cost and quality performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, site teams and vendors to maintain smooth progress.
Enforce HSE practices and ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations and client requirements.
Oversee project documentation, daily reports, site inspections and progress tracking.
Manage contractual matters including scope changes, claims and close-out deliverables.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Civil, Mechanical or a related Engineering discipline.
12+ years proven experience in onshore Oil & Gas construction, including brownfield projects.
5+ years experience in a comparable EPC Site Manager or senior construction role.
Strong project and contract management skills with knowledge of Abu Dhabi regulatory and permitting processes.
Excellent command of English (verbal & written).
Must be eligible for required security clearances and able to meet client access requirements.
