Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure the daily monitoring of construction sites (planning, progress, technical compliance).
- Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors on site.
- To control the quality of execution and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage the logistics and supply of the necessary equipment.
- Participate in site meetings and report to the Technical Director.
- Identify risks and unforeseen events, and propose rapid corrective actions.
- Ensure communication between the design office and the field.
- Training in civil engineering / interior architecture / construction management.
- 25 years of experience in monitoring renovation or interior design projects.
- Solid knowledge of secondary state bodies.
- Sense of priorities and constructive communication.
- Driving licence B and mobility desired.
